About the role
- Assist with and instrument surgical procedures
- Prepare and clean operating rooms as well as required instruments and materials
- Ensure and monitor compliance with hygiene standards
- Document measures and procedures performed in the OR
- Care for and monitor patients before, during and after operations
- Collaborate within the interdisciplinary team and participate in continuous improvement processes
Requirements
- Completed training as a Surgical Technologist (OTA), Registered Nurse (m/f/d) or Medical Assistant (MFA)
- Ideally some professional experience in the OR
- Knowledge of current hygiene guidelines and standards
- Sense of responsibility, reliability and ability to work in a team
- Independent and structured working style
- Willingness to work shifts
- Friendly and confident manner with strong social skills
- German language skills at least at B2 level
