About the role
- Deliver individualized, process-oriented, professional nursing care and support to patients, tailored to the specialty-specific requirements of the respective department
- Address the physical, social and mental needs of patients while respecting ethical principles (human dignity, holistic care)
- Share responsibility for organizing ward-based workflows to ensure patient-centered unit nursing
- Promote interprofessional collaboration among all healthcare professionals involved in the treatment process
- Ensure cost-conscious and resource-efficient practice
- Prepare and administer medications
- Implement and comply with mandatory service and procedural instructions
Requirements
- A completed qualification as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
- Willingness to take responsibility and work as a committed team member
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm for the profession
- Willingness to pursue continuous professional development
- Willingness to work in a rotating three-shift schedule
