About the role
- Preparation and post-operative care of the operating room
- Relief/float duties
- Instrument assistance during minor and complex surgical procedures
- Specific hygienic working methods

- Professional care and support of patients
- Deployment areas in our hospital include our OR department with endoscopy/bronchoscopy and the recovery room (PACU), the central sterilization unit, a nursing ward and the outpatient clinic
- Assignments at external hospitals provide an extended insight into surgical specialties
Requirements
- Secondary school leaving certificate (e.g., Realschule) or lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschule)
- Completed vocational training (at least 2 years) or completed nursing assistant/helper training (at least 1 year)
- Interest in medical subject matter
- Enjoy working with modern technology
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
- Empathy and good communication skills
- Sense of responsibility
- Experience using a PC
- Medical/health suitability
