About the role

  • Central HR contact for the Head of the Rehabilitation division, commercial managers and facility leaders on all personnel-related matters, working closely with the Group Head of HR
  • Advising managers on employment, leadership and social law matters
  • Actively shaping and implementing HR and personnel strategy in close coordination with the division management and the Group Head of HR
  • Responsibility for the full spectrum of personnel management (employee lifecycle) from onboarding to offboarding across our facilities
  • Close collaboration with HR administration, payroll and specialists in learning & development and recruiting
  • Participation in and implementation of exciting HR projects, particularly in the area of digitalization (e.g., roll-out of the HR software rexx)
  • Close cooperation with external partners and participation in committee work

Requirements

  • Completed degree in healthcare, business administration or economics with a focus on human resources, or a comparable qualification
  • Preferably several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR role, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • Experience implementing HR projects and working with common HR systems
  • Independent, structured working style and strong consulting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, initiative and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work concurrently on multiple topics and proactively drive solutions
