About the role

  • Provide individualized, professional, and appropriate nursing care and support based on the nursing process, tailored to the department-specific requirements
  • Address patients' physical, social and mental needs while observing ethical principles (human dignity, holistic care)
  • Share responsibility for organizing ward workflows to ensure patient-centred unit nursing
  • Promote interprofessional collaboration among all professional groups involved in the treatment process
  • Act in a cost-conscious manner
  • Prepare and administer medications
  • Implement and comply with mandatory service and procedural instructions

Requirements

  • Completed training as a state-certified health and (registered) nurse
  • Willingness to work responsibly and proactively as part of a committed team
  • Self-initiative and enjoyment of the nursing profession
  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
  • Willingness to work a three-shift rota
