About the role

  • Own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of paid digital campaigns across SEM (Google), Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline growth across EMEA and the Americas.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to APAC and China teams.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in SEM, Meta, and LinkedIn — ideally in a B2B or industrial/technology environment.
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline through paid digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable in Google Analytics (GA4), PBI Excel/Sheets, and platform-native reporting tools.
  • Experience managing multi-region campaigns and working across time zones.
  • Rigorous approach to budget management and spend optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance campaign performance, creative output, or operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
