About the role
- Own the digital sales performance of your category
- Shape and execute online strategy in partnership with teams
- Lead commercial and content planning for departments
- Ensure trading decisions are data-driven and customer-focused
- Deliver a seamless onsite experience and optimize customer journey
- Benchmark performance and drive initiatives to maximize sales and conversion
- Set targets, shape forecasts, and provide trading updates and insights
- Develop a high-performing team across analytics and customer experience
Requirements
- 4 years+ experience in eCommerce or Digital Trading
- Experience working in medium/large online business
- Skilled using Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in insights tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI
- Experienced in various analytics tools
- Strong team leader with 1 year+ management experience
- Ability to drive key initiatives in a matrix organization
- Experience partnering with key stakeholders and maintaining good relationships
