About the role
- Lead customer engagement at both engineering and business levels to build long-term, trusted relationships
- Develop and execute account strategies in close collaboration with regional and global Sales teams
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through a structured discovery process
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Applications, partners, and customers to drive opportunities to successful close
- Build win-win scenarios that align customer needs with Nextest and partner capabilities
- Support cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives across global time zones
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field OR equivalent experience with a strong business background
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in semiconductor test, semiconductor industry, or related business development roles
- Proven experience selling semiconductor test equipment and supporting global customers
- Demonstrated “design-in” business development track record
- Strong program and project management experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Salesforce proficiency preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by relationship-building in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%
- Korean language capability preferred, but not required
