About the role
- Identify business needs and determine solutions
- Maintain focus on customer satisfaction and innovation
- Facilitate communication of high-level and detailed requirements
- Analyze business challenges and recommend IT solutions
- Provide business process redesign analysis to support business changes
- Develop functional specifications documents and use case scenarios
- Collaborate with technical analysts and assist users in developing procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting
- CPA designation or non-US equivalent (e.g. CCA) is required.
- 2+ years experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong process flow and diagramming skills.
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Expertise in business process analysis, system analysis and data analysis
- Very proficient in developing requirements definition, functional specifications, data models and business procedures
- Proficient in software fit analysis
- Expertise in MS Office, MS Project, Visio and other PC software
- Has advanced knowledge of audit principles through extensive experience.
- Has strong understanding of the business processes in assigned areas to best implement policies and practices.
