About the role
- Ensure quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications
- Own end-to-end quality assurance strategy
- Design and execute automated test frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams
- Identify quality risks and improve software development lifecycle
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Strong emphasis on automation testing
- Proven experience testing frontend applications, backend services, APIs, distributed systems
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Expertise with Selenium and related tools
- Strong understanding of AI/ML testing
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, CPA preferred
