About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for B2B car rental and leasing aligning with company goals
  • Lead New Business and Account Management teams to drive revenue growth and market penetration
  • Set targets, implement best practices and ensure achievement of KPIs across the sales cycle
  • Coach, recruit and develop a geographically dispersed sales team fostering accountability and collaboration

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the rental or leasing industry with sales leadership
  • In-depth understanding of sales pipelines, performance metrics, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage geographically dispersed teams
  • Commercial acumen and ability to identify market opportunities
  • Proven leadership experience coaching, recruiting and developing high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to implement and optimize sales processes and training programs
  • Subject matter expertise in car rental/leasing market
