About the role
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for B2B car rental and leasing aligning with company goals
- Lead New Business and Account Management teams to drive revenue growth and market penetration
- Set targets, implement best practices and ensure achievement of KPIs across the sales cycle
- Coach, recruit and develop a geographically dispersed sales team fostering accountability and collaboration
- Provide accurate forecasting, track performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share
- Maintain industry expertise, manage client relationships and deliver exceptional client service
- Shape sales strategy during international expansion and report to senior leadership
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the rental or leasing industry with sales leadership
- In-depth understanding of sales pipelines, performance metrics, and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage geographically dispersed teams
- Commercial acumen and ability to identify market opportunities
- Proven leadership experience coaching, recruiting and developing high-performing teams
- Proven ability to implement and optimize sales processes and training programs
- Subject matter expertise in car rental/leasing market
