About the role
- Reply to customer inquiries within 24 hours and resolve issues with refunds or replacements
- Respond to voicemail messages and make follow-up calls during U.S. business hours
- Master Gorgias and keep templates, rules, and workflows updated
- Become a Lunderg product expert and troubleshoot common issues confidently
- Report product improvement ideas to the Operations Leader based on customer feedback
- Manage funnel emails replies & follow ups to drive new reviews
- Handle callbacks (typically 5–10 outbound calls per day) and be available during U.S. business hours (afternoon/evening Europe time)
- Minimum requirement of 4 hours on one weekend day (ideally Sunday)
Requirements
- Experience in a similar customer service role within the Amazon ecosystem
- Strong knowledge of Amazon processes (refunds, replacements, order search, compliance on what can/can’t be communicated)
- Brownie points for: Experience with Gorgias or similar customer service platforms
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Empathetic with customers and patient under pressure
- Clear and honest communication skills
- Consistent work ethic with a focus on improvement
