About the role

  • Build and manage Google Ads accounts, campaigns, ad groups, and budgets
  • Optimize PPC performance through bids, keywords, negatives, and testing
  • Set up and manage Google Performance Max campaigns
  • Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts, campaigns, and targeting
  • Handle ongoing account maintenance, optimizations, and scaling
  • Track goals and conversions across platforms
  • Work confidently in Google Analytics and GA4
  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager setups
  • Compile clear, structured reports (PowerPoint-based formats)
  • Work comfortably with spreadsheets, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Conduct on-site SEO audits including keyword research, title tags, and meta descriptions

Requirements

  • 3-5 years hands on experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience working with international teams or US-based businesses in a remote setting.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
  • PPC account setup, structure, and ongoing optimization experience
  • Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising experience
  • GA4 and Google Analytics proficiency
  • Google Tag Manager experience
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and structured data
  • Brownie points: Experience working in a B2B marketing agency
  • Google Hotel Ads experience
  • Experience with Agency Analytic
  • Bing Ads account setup and management
  • Cross-domain tracking experience
  • Deeper SEO implementation experience
