About the role
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue across all channels
- Oversee PPC campaigns, manage a PPC consultant, and optimize CAC for scalable growth
- Refine core message, ideal customer profile (ICP), and marketing creatives to target diverse audiences
- Enhance email marketing strategies, copy, and delivery to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Improve lead generation and subscription sales through development of SEO, organic social, affiliate, and offline marketing efforts
- Coach and assist Account Manager on cold prospecting copy and improve advertising sales pipeline
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture
Requirements
- Proven experience growing a subscription/membership or direct-response offer
- Excellent copywriting experience
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy
- Experience guiding and producing creative (briefs, angles, creatives)
- Experience improving funnels (landing pages, email flows, onboarding/lifecycle)
- Comfortable running launches (summits/webinars/events/challenges)
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data and split testing to drive decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with a remote team
