• Own conversion and monetization analytics end-to-end for the Shop domain
• Analyze user behavior across the full funnel, including entry points, paywalls, pricing, checkout flows, upsells, and retention
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests with clear hypotheses and measurable success criteria
• Define and validate KPIs across conversion, revenue, ARPU, LTV, and cohort performance
• Build and maintain reliable, decision-ready Power BI reports for Product and Monetization stakeholders

Data Analyst – Monetization

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI reports covering P&L, revenue, costs, and liquidity
• Model, validate, and analyze financial data using SQL and Excel, ensuring accuracy and scalability
• Support forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and scenario modeling to guide financial planning
• Run ad-hoc financial analyses on topics such as transactions, pay rates, accruals, VAT, and cash flow
• Act as the central point of contact for finance-related data questions, from the accounting team to executive leadership
• Ensure financial KPIs are clearly defined, consistently used, and well-documented across the BI landscape
• Partner closely with the Finance Manager to support ad-hoc analyses and evolving reporting needs

Finance Data Analyst – fully remote within Europe

• Own performance analytics across acquirers, PSPs, and issuers, cutting data by geography, device, card type, and behavioral attributes to uncover friction points and optimization opportunities
• Diagnose authorization drop-offs and conversion issues across first attempts, retries, and dunning flows, no hand-holding needed
• Design and evaluate payment experiments, including A/B and routing tests, quantifying their business impact in terms of revenue, cost, and risk
• Monitor fraud rates and chargeback trends, balancing conversion and customer experience with safety and compliance
