About the role
- Carry out financial accounting
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all wages and salaries
- Act as point of contact for social security and tax-related matters
- Optimize and digitize payroll processes
- Collaborate with HR, tax advisors, financial accounting and authorities
- Responsible for reporting and compliance with legal requirements
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or degree with a focus on HR or finance
- Several years of experience in payroll accounting
- Experience in financial accounting
- Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
- Experience with DATEV
- High degree of personal responsibility, strong communication skills and quality awareness
