Director, Software Engineering

Sales Engineer

• Remote-first role that can be held in Canada or the United States
• Jobber exists to help small home service businesses be successful by enabling quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and payments
• The Sales Engineering team builds scalable internal products that reduce manual work, surface actionable insights, and enable GTM teams
• Role reports to Director, Product Management and owns key product areas within Jobber’s internal GTM platform
• Lead end-to-end product development for AI-powered sales automation, including lead enrichment and qualification
• Own product discovery and delivery from strategy to execution, aligning engineering, design, data, and sales
• Define and execute roadmap to improve sales performance and balance short-term wins with long-term innovation
• Monitor and report on performance of initiatives to senior leadership
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to prioritize strategies for improving sales effectiveness with AI-powered applications
