About the role
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Jobber’s invoicing experience
- Identify and prioritize the biggest opportunities across the invoicing and collections workflow
- Make it easier for Pros to stay on top of what they’re owed
- Partner with Design, Engineering, and Data to ship improvements
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to understand customer behavior
- Collaborate with partners across Payments, Risk, Support, Sales, and GTM
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager owning a customer-facing product area with clear business accountability
- Experience working on customer-facing workflow products in SaaS or platform businesses, especially in areas like billing, invoicing, or other operational workflows
- Experience evolving established product workflows
- Strong product sense and analytical rigor
- The ability to connect customer problems to business outcomes and turn both into clear product strategy and prioritization
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfort operating in a high-visibility area
