About the role

  • You achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the SME segment
  • You manage a steady stream of inbound leads (from multiple channels) and progress deals through the pipeline
  • You use a structured sales methodology to shorten the sales cycle
  • You are the product champion: you explain benefits, create demand, and bring people to the "aha, we need this" mindset
  • You prioritize opportunities smartly, track progress, and follow up cleanly and quickly
  • You implement sales strategies that convert leads into paying customers
  • You perform solid account management and help customers set up their tech strategy correctly
  • You work closely with leadership and stakeholders to improve processes and drive revenue growth

Requirements

  • Native/Fluent German + very good English (written & spoken)
  • Either: 18–24 months of SDR experience in a SaaS/IT services environment OR: 6–12 months of B2B sales experience with a software vendor / SaaS provider / systems integrator is a plus
  • You can prospect, conduct discovery calls, and deliver presentations
  • You have sales DNA: solution-oriented, KPI-driven, but still personable
  • You are a team player, goal-oriented, and deliver results
  • You are genuinely interested in technology
  • You are self-driven, quick-thinking, and can manage multiple topics in parallel
  • You can quickly distill technical and business value
  • You have a strong sales presence (call, demo, pitch — confident)
