About the role

  • Guide candidates on their path to jobs in Southern Europe.
  • Conduct initial interviews via phone, email & video chat.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from the initial interview through job start.
  • Coordinate with our international partner companies to ensure smooth placements.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, sales, or customer support.
  • Excellent communication skills — both verbal (phone) and written.
  • Good English skills (at least B2) for communication with partners.
  • Digital affinity: experience with MS Office, ATS & online platforms.
  • Experience in Southern Europe, such as Portugal, Spain, and Greece, is a plus!
