About the role
- Source and attract top technical talent using various channels.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of engineering candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience is ideal.
- Sourcing-only is acceptable.
- Core requirement: engineering hiring exposure.
- Must have experience hiring or sourcing engineers (software preferred; adjacent technical roles acceptable).
- Ability to quickly learn role requirements and identify signal in resumes/LinkedIn profiles.
- Backgrounds that fit: Technical sourcer, Early-career technical recruiter, University recruiting supporting SWE intern/new grad programs.
- Traits: Strong cognitive ability/problem solving, coachability and responsiveness, high activity and follow-through, genuine interest in tech/engineering.
