About the role

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes (tech and non-tech)
  • Align candidate profiles and hiring priorities with leaders across different departments
  • Design active sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, communities, other channels)
  • Structure and conduct interviews
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend improvements
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage
  • Support employer branding and diversity initiatives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Recruitment & Selection at a startup or high-growth company
  • Experience working with roles that require fast time-to-fill
  • Hands-on experience with active sourcing and advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
  • Experience conducting interviews
  • Availability to work on a hybrid schedule in São José dos Campos or São Paulo
