About the role
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes (tech and non-tech)
- Align candidate profiles and hiring priorities with leaders across different departments
- Design active sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, communities, other channels)
- Structure and conduct interviews
- Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend improvements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage
- Support employer branding and diversity initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience in Recruitment & Selection at a startup or high-growth company
- Experience working with roles that require fast time-to-fill
- Hands-on experience with active sourcing and advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
- Experience conducting interviews
- Availability to work on a hybrid schedule in São José dos Campos or São Paulo
