About the role
- Manage the top of the funnel (own network, Board, and a structured list of target accounts)
- Execute disciplined prospecting and sales cadence
- Lead end-to-end consultative sales
- Diagnose needs and design tailored solutions
- Prepare commercial proposals with internal support
- Navigate complex organizational structures to reach decision-makers
- Work alongside the CEO to advance and close strategic negotiations
- Ensure a structured handoff to Operations
- Monitor activation through to go-live
- Identify expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell)
- Implement and operate CRM, maintaining a clean and predictable pipeline
- Represent the new unit at industry events and forums
Requirements
- Be hands-on and comfortable executing the full sales cycle
- Take ownership of the pipeline
- Be organized with CRM, cadence, and forecasting
- Proven experience in consultative sales of services in the digital market (e-commerce, marketplaces, technology, or digital operations)
- Ability to influence decision-makers in complex negotiations
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or technology
- Established relationships within the manufacturers ecosystem
- Fluent in English
- Motivated by targets and variable compensation
- This role has potential to evolve into a director-level position — if interested, apply and we will evaluate this possibility together. We are not looking for profiles that depend on a large structure to move the process forward.
