About the role
- Answer and manage calls, including WhatsApp and Facebook group inquiries
- Schedule meetings using Calendly and maintain calendar accuracy
- Follow up with clients regarding documents, payments, and meeting confirmations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in both English and Spanish
- Support internal team coordination and client satisfaction
- Use Filevine and Vinesign, RingCentral, WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Calendar and Calendly
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience in client-facing roles or administrative support
- Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively
- Comfortable handling over 45 daily calls
- Comfortable using digital tools for scheduling and communication
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and independent work style
- Quick learner with agility under pressure
