About the role
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering clear and compassionate communication.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in legal support or working for a law firm.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong customer service or client-facing background.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision.
- Solid writing and organizational abilities.
