About the role
- Lead inventory control and logistics support for RB operations
- Oversee warehouse inventory accuracy and daily RMA shipping execution
- Manage inbound air shipments from Vietnam and ensure timely receiving
- Register scrap devices, coordinate destruction and maintain scrap tracking records
- Support in-house repair processes including SKU conversion and buffer stock builds
- Coordinate with QA and CAM to ensure inventory quality and carrier requirements
- Collaborate with 3rd-party logistics and dock vendors
- Generate regular reports on inbound shipment tracking and parts inventory status
- Ensure compliance with import control processes and duty-related data integrity
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
- 5-7 years of applicable experience
- Korean Bilingual Required
- Strong understanding of handling for both air and truck shipment and related documentation
- Familiarity with U.S. import processes and related documentation tracking
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in Warehouse operation, Inventory Control or 3rd party vendor Management operation
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry a plus
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
