About the role
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
- Collect information and conduct research for training materials
- Lead the design of comprehensive learning paths
- Partner with SMEs and leadership to define learning objectives
- Create engaging learning materials including eLearning modules
- Implement evaluation strategies to measure training impact
- Oversee deployment and tracking of content within LMS
- Provide guidance to junior designers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Portfolio Required
- 5+ years of applicable experience
- Expert-level skills in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Illustrator)
- Familiarity with various LMS platforms (e.g., Workramp, Cornerstone, or Workday Learning)
- Proven ability to self-manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
