About the role
- Support customer implementations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ensure timely delivery and high quality standards
- Adhere to budgetary constraints and develop scalable delivery practices
- Provide remote and on-site support for JMA DAS solutions and wireless services
- Travel up to 60% of the time
Requirements
- 2-4 year technical degree or related military experience desired
- 2+ years of support experience related to Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
- Base station system knowledge required
- Knowledge of LTE and 5G protocols
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Must be within range of a major airport and be prepared to travel up to 40%
