Account Executive

• Interact with new or existing customers to increase sales of JM Eagle products and services
• Research and profile potential sales targets to evaluate leads and develop sales pipelines
• Create, implement and execute a sales plan to increase market share in a particular territory
• Utilize proven sales techniques to initiate contact, assess customer needs, and present relevant solutions that generate revenue for the organization
• Prepares and delivers presentations or demonstrations that educate and expose the customer to offerings and drive the sales process
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues in the sales process, ensuring a smooth transaction and positive experience for customers
• Maintains a thorough understanding of company products and services, competitor positioning, and industry standards
• Develop a strong relationship with strategic distributors as well as end users by prospecting and lead follow-up
• Sell value-added services and solutions
• Uncover new opportunities with customers by leveraging relationships and asking market-related questions
• Introduce new materials to customers and educate them on use and applications
• In collaboration with Sales Manager and company leaders, develop proposals, contracts, and agreements to secure long-term business
