• Design and implement modern, scalable integration solutions for HRIS in Workday, UKG, and other third-party products
• Lead the design of integration strategies connecting cloud, SaaS, and on-premises systems to enable seamless data exchange, process automation, and data validation
• Perform programming to support ERP Applications Workday and UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) as the timekeeping and advance scheduling systems
• Lead and mentor team members in best practices for design, enterprise scaling and development
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve efficiency and quality

Project Manager

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing capital projects from inception through closeout under the guidance of senior project managers.
• Support development of project scopes, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Attend client meetings, site inspections, and contractor coordination sessions to observe and contribute to project execution.
• Track project progress against milestones, costs, and quality benchmarks using JLL’s digital project management tools.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, RFIs, change orders, and status reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and client stakeholders.
• Participate in health, safety, and sustainability compliance activities on assigned projects.
• Engage in continuous learning through JLL’s graduate development curriculum, including technical training, soft skills workshops, and professional accreditation support (e.g., APM, RICS pathways).

• Evaluating, sourcing, and procuring key medical equipment and supplies for the SJRMC
• Managing, training, disciplining, developing, hiring, and overseeing the purchasing function personnel
• Overseeing the procurement process and managing vendor contractual relationships within the organization
• Strategic decision-making, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Optimizing the procurement process, negotiating favorable terms with vendors, and effectively managing contracts and the contracts team
