Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing Advertising or similar or equivalent years of experience.
5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns for a consumer eCommerce business.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and other major paid social platforms.
Proven ability to manage and collaborate with external agencies.
Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks and how creative impacts paid social performance.
Experience using attribution tools and data to inform optimization decisions.
Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management skills and ability to align multiple stakeholders (agency, creative, merchandising, marketing).
Self-starter who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Expertise in complex/ matrixed product catalog, ideally an ecommerce physical goods background.
