Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-6+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency with advanced SQL (e.g., complex joins, window functions, query optimization).
Experience with Python or R for data analysis, automation, or statistical modeling.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
Experience building and maintaining dashboards and automated reports for business stakeholders.
Understanding of key ecommerce metrics such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), customer lifetime value (LTV), and retention.
Experience translating business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
