About the role

  • Sales Pipeline Management & Performance Analytics: Establish and maintain a rigorous, data-driven sales funnel.
  • Take full ownership of "at-bat" metrics, market share penetration analysis, and lead generation efficiency.
  • Operational Discipline: Implement a "know the numbers, work the numbers" culture. Monitor real-time performance against benchmarks to ensure the team is consistently meeting or exceeding growth targets.

  • Onboarding & Validation: Develop clear validation milestones for new producers, providing the coaching and resources necessary to move them from onboarding to high-output performance.
  • Affinity Programs & Distribution Partner Management: Optimize the distribution model by designing partner benefit packages with comprehensive compensation and engagement resources for independent and owned producers, while executing a unified strategy that enhances product awareness, accessibility, and delivers a consistently exceptional partner experience while create operational effectiveness.
  • Affinity Program Innovation: Architect and launch specialized affinity to drive bulk sales and market exclusivity.
  • Product Expansion: Lead the stand-up of new product lines, including Life Insurance and embedded blanket collectibles, ensuring every new offering is backed by a viable go-to-market strategy.
  • Strategic Research: Conduct deep-dive market research to identify alternative distribution channels and emerging consumer trends that can be leveraged for mass-market growth.
  • Milestone Execution: Own the lifecycle of new program creation—from initial concept and product design to full-scale market launch and revenue tracking.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of success in high-level sales leadership or business development.
  • Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls; and talk or hear.
