About the role

  • Provide hands-on support in-studio during the first few days of a new franchise opening.
  • Guide teams through opening and closing procedures in real time.
  • Shadow and coach Studio Leads on client greetings, check-ins, and membership sales conversations.
  • Observe instructors and provide feedback to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot operational or technical issues as they arise.
  • Train teams on systems, technology, and troubleshooting A/V
  • Model best practices for delivering a world-class member experience.
  • Train owners and GM on how to manage the day-to-day operations.
  • Build rapport easily and work seamlessly with owners, general managers, instructors, and front desk staff alike.
  • Ensure the Franchise Owner/General Manager and Studio Lead teams are confident and prepared to operate independently by the end of the visit.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or retail operations with a proven track record of driving sales performance and membership growth
  • Significant experience with Mindbody (booking & POS software) and AXLE
  • Strong background in local marketing activations, community engagement guidance, and social media promotion to build brand presence and client pipeline during the first week of operations
  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams on sales conversations, lead conversion, and retention strategies
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and the JETSET brand.
  • Eye for Detail & Presentation – ensures the studio environment is always clean, organized, and visually aligned with the brand
  • Hospitality Mindset – naturally makes clients feel welcome, comfortable, and valued the moment they walk in
  • Creative Brand Curator – adds little touches that elevate the vibe and energy of the studio
  • Event & Atmosphere Management – ability to set the tone through lighting, music, scent, and presentation
