• Provide hands-on support in-studio during the first few days of a new franchise opening.

Studio Launch Manager

Project Manager

• Manage the end-to-end opening process for new studios, ensuring every milestone—from Onboarding to Grand Opening—is completed to brand standards.
• Act as the central point of contact for Franchise Owners, driving accountability and progress throughout each project.
• Anticipate challenges and obstacles, and ensure all stakeholders have the tools and information needed for success.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach throughout the pre-opening journey.
• Conduct group training calls and one-on-one sessions to guide Owners through training, operations, and readiness tasks.
• Lead In-person Operational Readiness Trainings for Owners and General Managers.
• Educate Owners and General Managers on key business systems (e.g., Mindbody, payroll, scheduling, and reporting) and operational best practices.
• Provide direction on staffing, brand standards, and daily operations to ensure a strong foundation post-opening.
• Promote confidence and independence among Franchise Owners through proactive guidance and clear communication.
• Partner with the Field Marketing team to align pre-launch marketing initiatives and timelines with opening schedules.
• Collaborate with Product and Talent team to coordinate hiring and training timelines.
• Liaise with the Construction team to track site progress and ensure studio readiness aligns with construction timelines.
• Partner with Business Management team to onboard new franchisees and participate in business planning.
• Support department with continually refining project workflows, templates, and reporting for new openings.
• Support with system setups and account activations for new franchisees.

Studio Opening Project Manager

Sales

• Own Presales Revenue: Execute the presales strategy and hit membership targets ahead of opening
• Lead Management & Conversion: Manage all inbound and outbound leads, driving consistent follow-up to convert prospects into founding members
• Sales Execution: Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS to engage and close prospective clients
• Pipeline Management: Track all leads, activity, and sales performance within AXLE CRM to ensure no opportunity is missed
• Performance Tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and adjust approach to maximize conversion
• Lead Ownership: Own all presale leads generated through marketing, studio activations, and local outreach, ensuring every prospect is entered into AXLE CRM, followed up with promptly, and moved through the sales pipeline
• Studio Partnership: Work in close partnership with the studio team to align on lead generation efforts, visibility into pipeline activity, and timing of member handoff to the studio

Sales Manager

Controller

• Owns the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close end-to-end.
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, deferred revenue, payroll entries, intercompany activity, and other recurring and non-recurring items.
• Maintain close checklists, deadlines, and supporting schedules to ensure a timely and accurate close.
• Ensure the general ledger is complete, organized, and reflective of the underlying business activity.
• Review P&L and balance sheet activity for accuracy, reasonableness, and coding consistency.
• Identify and resolve accounting issues before they flow through to management reporting.
• Own the discipline of the balance sheet: prepare and review monthly reconciliations for cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued liabilities, deferred revenue, intercompany accounts, and other key balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure vendor invoices, contractor payments, employee reimbursements, and recurring obligations are processed accurately and on time.
• Oversee invoicing and collection processes across franchise-related revenue streams, including initial franchise fees, royalties, brand fund contributions, technology fees, transfer fees, rebates, and other receivables.
• Perform and review bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations on a timely basis.

Marketing

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for JETSET Pilates franchisees, providing support and consultation regarding local marketing strategy, resources, and brand standards.
• Partner with new franchisees during pre-opening and presales, ensuring the 16-week playbook is executed successfully with a focus on lead generation, conversions, and founding member acquisition.
• Support franchisees in sales alignment, collaborating with studio teams to ensure marketing and sales strategies work together to drive first visits, intro offers, and memberships.
• Guide franchisees on leveraging national campaigns, toolkits, and assets for their local markets—adapting resources for optimal local impact.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise operators, addressing questions and sharing marketing best practices to elevate local execution.
• Monitor franchisee-led marketing initiatives, local engagements, and in-market performance using data from CRM, digital channels, and studio feedback.
• Compile and analyze local marketing reports, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement across franchise locations.

• Conduct periodic assessments with franchisees, recommending actionable tactics to strengthen local brand presence, member acquisition, and retention.
