Manager

• Provide temporary, on-site operational leadership for open JETSET studios.
• Partner directly with franchise owners and General Managers to identify opportunities, implement best practices, coach teams, and strengthen overall studio performance.
• Evaluate studio performance through observation, KPI analysis, and team coaching.
• Execute performance improvement plans focused on revenue growth, utilization, membership sales, retention, and operational consistency.
• Support studios during General Manager vacancies or leadership transitions.
• Shadow and coach General Managers in real-time.
• Mentor Studio Leads and emerging leaders.
• Conduct formal onsite debriefs with owners and General Managers outlining strengths, opportunities, and recommended next steps.
• Ensure adherence to JETSET operating standards and brand expectations.

• Introducing JETSET to new markets and building local relationships.
• Driving local partnerships, community events, and social media engagement.
• Supporting membership growth and studio goals in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Delivering exceptional member experience during in-studio shifts.
• Supporting front desk operations and creating a welcoming studio environment.
