• Design social media graphics aligned with JETSET’s brand (posts, stories, announcements, etc.)
• Create marketing flyers and promotional assets for events, partnerships, and studio initiatives
• Manage and maintain posting schedules across multiple studio accounts
• Concept and contribute ideas for Reels, TikToks, and content series based on current trends
• Assist in executing content strategies focused on engagement, growth, and conversions
• Support Instagram and TikTok optimization (captions, formatting, timing, etc.)
• Capture photo and video content at events, studio activations, and occasional shoots
• Be comfortable behind the camera directing simple content moments when needed
• Organize and distribute content for marketing use
• Manage trackers, spreadsheets, and internal systems (Excel/Google Sheets)

Assistant General Manager

Operations

• Lead, inspire, and manage a team across instructor, studio lead, and sales functions.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
• Own daily studio operations end-to-end, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Build, document, and improve policies, processes, and workflows.
• Own the studio's revenue performance and develop membership sales initiatives.
• Ensure all client interactions align with the JETSET brand.
• Serve as the primary operational partner to ownership and provide regular updates.

Regional Director of Operations

• Review and approve construction documents and drawings to ensure alignment with JETSET design and brand standards
• Monitor construction progress by attending OAC calls, reviewing construction progress photos, schedules, and milestone reports and visiting active job sites during buildouts
• Issue construction closeout letters and follow up on any outstanding compliance issues post-opening
• Maintain clear communication between construction project stakeholders and internal teams, including real estate, operations, training and marketing
• Keep internal teams apprised of critical construction milestones (e.g., permit submissions, build start, inspections, completion, opening)
• Ensure all design standards are upheld during construction phase
• Provide any feedback or lessons learned that can be incorporated to the Design & Construction Manual
• Assist with the evaluation and onboarding of source-restricted vendors for signage, millwork, and architectural services
• Help franchisees navigate construction compliance processes by providing feedback, resources, and support to ensure success
• Collaborate with the Studio Support team to audit facility compliance and ensure brand standards are met across the entire studio network
• Issue Resolution: Assist franchisees in resolving construction-related issues, especially when brand standards are at risk
