Manager

• Review and approve construction documents and drawings to ensure alignment with JETSET design and brand standards.
• Monitor construction progress by attending OAC calls, reviewing construction progress photos, schedules, and milestone reports and visiting active job sites during buildouts.
• Issue construction closeout letters and follow up on any outstanding compliance issues post-opening.
• Ensure all design standards are upheld during construction phase.
• Maintain clear communication between construction project stakeholders and internal teams, including real estate, operations, training and marketing.
• Keep internal teams apprised of critical construction milestones (e.g., permit submissions, build start, inspections, completion, opening).
• Ensure internal reporting tools are consistently updated with accurate construction status and projected opening dates.
• Coordinate internal millwork and equipment package tracking and invoicing.
• Provide any feedback or lessons learned that can be incorporated to the Design & Construction Manual.
• Collaborate with architects and design consultants to apply brand updates across evolving franchise needs and new design solutions.
• Assist with the evaluation and onboarding of source-restricted vendors for signage, millwork, and architectural services.
• Help franchisees navigate construction compliance processes by providing feedback, resources, and support to ensure success.
• Collaborate with the Studio Support team to audit facility compliance and ensure brand standards are met across the entire studio network.
• Assist franchisees in resolving construction-related issues, especially when brand standards are at risk.
• Provide updates to architecture and design consultants based on feedback from audits or site visits.
• Be available to redirect franchisees to appropriate resources or departments when additional support is needed.
• Maintain roster of source-restricted vendors for signage, millwork, and architectural services while ensuring they meet brand standards.
• Ensure all third-party vendors deliver on their contracts and adhere to JETSET’s processes.

Construction Manager

• Own the day-to-day business relationship for an assigned portfolio of franchisees
• Serve as the primary advisor to franchise owners and General Managers across operational, financial, and people-related topics
• Lead recurring consultative sessions and performance check-ins focused on execution, accountability, and growth
• Support franchisees through pre-opening, stabilization, and optimization phases of the business
• Fully own KPI analysis for assigned studios, including utilization, sales, retention, staffing costs, and profitability
• Review franchisee P&Ls and partner with owners on action plans to address cost control opportunities and performance gaps
• Coach franchisees on product mix, conversion, class schedule optimization, staffing, and utilization strategies
• Identify early warning signs of underperformance and proactively intervene with structured support plans
• Ensure franchisee adherence to JETSET brand standards, operating procedures, and required systems
• Conduct operational reviews, audits, and business evaluations as needed
• Act as the franchisee advocate internally, partnering closely with Marketing, Product & Talent, and Finance
• Support the rollout of new initiatives, programs, and tools across the franchise network
• Surface field insights, trends, and best practices to HQ leadership and New Studio Openings teams to inform continuous improvement

Franchise Business Manager

Data Analyst

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Track departmental KPI’s on a weekly/monthly and quarterly basis
• Support company data dashboard
• Develop and implement data analysis processes to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Support financial forecasting and budgeting processes through data-driven insights
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to address specific business questions
• Create financial dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics
• Analyze customer acquisition costs, retention rates, and lifetime value
• Provide recommendations to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign performance

Learning and Development

• Lead 2-4 training sessions per month (5 day or 2 weekend format).
• Conduct hands-on training sessions, ensuring participants understand and can effectively deliver our brand’s unique workout experience.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting programs as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Oversee up to 25 studios within a designated region.
• Provide ongoing support, coaching, and feedback to studios to maintain high standards of instruction and brand consistency.
• Ensure all lead instructors adhere to company policies, procedures, and training guidelines.
• Maintain and enforce brand standards across all training programs.
• Collaborate with the product development team to create engaging and effective workshops.
• Brainstorm and develop new class types and exercises that align with the brand’s vision and goals.
• Test and refine new training concepts before they are rolled out to the broader instructor base.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and instructor evaluations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
• Assist with the development of training budgets and ensure all training activities are conducted within budgetary constraints
• Ensure all client inquiries, issues, and concerns receive a positive and timely response.
• Create, monitor, and maintain class and staff schedules.
