About the role
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Forecast outcomes and set KPIs for each campaign.
- Launch and manage campaigns end-to-end.
- Optimize bids, audiences, creative, and placements to achieve ROAS/CPA goals.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing on ads and landing pages.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to shape ad creative that aligns with performance goals.
- Analyze campaign data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
- Compile weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Serve as a primary contact for all paid media matters.
- Lead regular performance calls, present reports, and explain complex data in a client-friendly way.
- Proactively identify new paid channels, campaign types, and testing opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Strong track record in both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tracking.
- Comfortable working with budgets across multiple platforms.
- Data-driven decision maker.
- Strong with Excel/Sheets for analysis and reporting.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Client-facing experience required.
- Confident in presenting to stakeholders.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Shopify, Klaviyo, or performance creative workflows is a bonus.
