About the role
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives from end-to-end, including market research and RFP development
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives
- Conduct robust financial and scenario modeling to evaluate proposals
- Partner with various teams to ensure alignment across all aspects of Business Partner agreements
- Monitor Business Partner performance and support continuous improvement efforts
- Identify and champion opportunities for process optimization and cost transformation
- Support the development and execution of multi-year sourcing roadmaps
- Stay current on industry trends to inform sourcing strategies
- Prepare and present clear recommendations to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of relevant work experience
- 2 years of strategic sourcing, supplier, service management or equivalent experience
- Proficient with MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Proficient with reporting tools and ad Hoc reporting
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Proficient in financial, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Able to interpret and communicate complex Statements of Work (SOW) as well as Master Service Agreements (MSA), Amendments, and various contractual documents
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
