About the role

  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives from end-to-end, including market research and RFP development
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives
  • Conduct robust financial and scenario modeling to evaluate proposals
  • Partner with various teams to ensure alignment across all aspects of Business Partner agreements
  • Monitor Business Partner performance and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Identify and champion opportunities for process optimization and cost transformation
  • Support the development and execution of multi-year sourcing roadmaps
  • Stay current on industry trends to inform sourcing strategies
  • Prepare and present clear recommendations to leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 2 years of strategic sourcing, supplier, service management or equivalent experience
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Proficient with reporting tools and ad Hoc reporting
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Proficient in financial, quantitative, and analytical skills
  • Able to interpret and communicate complex Statements of Work (SOW) as well as Master Service Agreements (MSA), Amendments, and various contractual documents
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
