About the role

  • Serve as a primary interface between JetBlue’s Contract Lifecycle Management Center of Excellence (CLM CoE) and business partners.
  • Manage all aspects of the contract lifecycle, including performance metrics and communication with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Business Reviews (MBR’s & QBR’s) and support business units in preparing materials.
  • Develop and operationalize business partner performance metrics and ensure regular distribution.
  • Evaluate contract compliance and advise business units on contractual rights.
  • Assist in developing the annual sourcing plan.
  • Identify sourcing opportunities for optimal value and savings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience.
  • Three (3) years of strategic sourcing, supplier, service management, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Proficient with reporting tools and the ability to construct ad hoc reporting based on-demand requests.
  • Ability to generate SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) analysis and RCA’s (root cause analysis).
  • Strong verbal written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proficient in financial, quantitative, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to reconcile business partner invoices against contractual pricing.
  • Basic understanding of contract changes control procedures.
  • Able to interpret and communicate complex Statements of Work (SOW’s) as well as Master Service Agreements (MSA’s), Amendments, and various other contractual documents.
  • Available for overnight travel (10%).
  • Currently in possession of a valid Passport with the ability to travel in and out of the United States.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located. Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
