About the role
- Own the end-to-end process of launching new insurance carrier partners and products
- Improve quoting system logic and eligibility rules
- Diagnose customer drop-out points in the quoting journey
- Maintain the integrity of underwriting inputs
- Keep median quote latency between 5-15 seconds
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to work with API documentation and rating logic
- Understanding of backend technical performance impacting consumer behavior
- Comfortable diving into data to answer questions
- Excellent communication skills between engineering, insurance specialists, and partners
- Passionate about AI and leveraging it at scale.
