About the role
- Own Entity Compliance by keeping corporate entities in "Good Standing" across the US and Canada.
- Monitor our intellectual property presence and draft cease-and-desist workflows.
- Act as the first line of defense for complex consumer escalations.
- Review product and process for compliance, partner with Engineering and Product teams.
- Lead compliance audits across operations to ensure regulatory standards are met.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program with demonstrated high performance.
- A proven track record of extreme resourcefulness.
- Interest in using AI/technology to optimize workflows.
- Impeccable Attention to Detail with a "zero-error" mentality.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and operate with a deep sense of urgency.
