About the role

  • Join one of the engineering pods (core app, retention, automation) and contribute to product features
  • Write production code within the first few weeks and ship regularly
  • Collaborate closely with product and cross-functional teams
  • Develop mobile (React Native) and backend (NodeJS + TypeScript) features and services
  • Work on infrastructure, data, and AI/ML pipelines and LLM integrations
  • Deliver high-quality, user-first software and participate in mentorship and learning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or graduating soon)
  • Internship, co-op, or side project experience is a plus—but not required
  • Eagerness to learn, build, and grow
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Hustle and curiosity
  • Pride in building high-quality, user-first software
  • Familiarity or interest in stack: React, React Native, NodeJS + TypeScript, AWS, Go, Python, Docker, CI/CD, Redis, Postgres, DynamoDB, Clickhouse, Python ML pipelines, LLM integrations
  • Located in the Toronto area / Greater Toronto Area
  • Authorization to work in Canada or US (application asks about work authorization and visa sponsorship)
