About the role

  • Join one of the engineering pods (core app, retention, automation) based on interests and skills
  • Write production code within your first few weeks and ship regularly
  • Work closely with product and cross-functional teams to deliver user-first features
  • Develop and maintain frontend (React, React Native) and backend (NodeJS + TypeScript) systems
  • Contribute to infrastructure, data, and AI/ML pipelines as needed (AWS, Go, Python, Docker, CI/CD)
  • Participate in mentorship and continuous learning; grow rapidly based on merit

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or graduating soon)
  • Internship, co-op, or side project experience is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn, build, and grow
  • Comfort with ambiguity, hustle, and curiosity
  • Pride in building high-quality, user-first software
  • Familiarity or interest in stack: React, React Native, NodeJS + TypeScript, AWS, Go, Python, Docker, CI/CD, Redis, Postgres, DynamoDB, Clickhouse, AI/ML pipelines and LLM integrations
  • Located in Toronto or willing to relocate (application asks)
