About the role
- Support the end-to-end employee experience from onboarding new hires to managing employee transitions
- Plan, organize, and execute company-wide and team events (offsites, in-person and virtual) and culture-building initiatives
- Draft and distribute internal communications such as company-wide newsletters and periodic updates
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems and records
- Handle administrative tasks including I-9 verification, benefit administration, and employment verification letters
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows and leverage AI/tools to automate backend processes
- Empower teams by supporting the employee lifecycle and enabling seamless onboarding and transitions
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in your final year of a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- A strong academic record and a genuine interest in people operations, human resources, or talent management
- Excellent communicator, both written and live
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Well-organized and able to support multiple projects and teams while balancing excellence and speed
- Thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Resourceful and creative; take initiative to get things done well the first time
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada (must answer in application)
- Willingness to live in or relocate to AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NY, NV, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or Ontario (application asks this)
