About the role
- Generate and shape creative concepts rooted in advertising fundamentals, optimized for paid social, CTV and emerging channels
- Partner with media and growth teams to translate performance data into actionable creative direction
- Lead production of high-performing ads ensuring both speed and quality
- Develop creative briefs and testing frameworks that connect learnings with creative hypotheses across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
- Analyze and synthesize performance results, distilling insights into storytelling opportunities
- Lead agency relationships and channel partners to maximize creative output
- Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts
- Build and manage a creative pipeline balancing speed and craft
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in advertising, creative production and/or creative strategy
- Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels
- Strong grasp of what makes creative perform: hooks, pacing, iteration, testing frameworks
- Experience leading agency and production partners to maximize output quality, collaboration, and performance alignment is a plus
- Analytical comfort — you can interpret data and use it to refine creative direction
- AI fluency — comfortable experimenting with generative tools to streamline workflows, analyze data, or expand creative possibilities
- A deep passion for advertising and storytelling
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing
- Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
