About the role
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable franchisees (Area Directors).
- Develop and maintain relationships with ADs across the country.
- Engage in activities related to the region’s growth.
- Conduct regular business planning meetings and other efforts to support overall AD health.
- Create and promote a healthy culture and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Manage transfers and support territory growth while minimizing attrition.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to implement projects and advance processes.
Requirements
- Personable.
- Emotionally intelligent and operationally sound.
- Knowledgeable on N2 products.
- Fully understand the responsibilities of the Area Director role.
- Experience with conflict resolution.
