• Implement and adhere to security policies set by Jenzabar's Compliance and Information Security teams
• Maintain the Rapid7 and CrowdStrike solutions used by Cloud Services
• Lead incident response efforts
• Manage vulnerability scans and track remediation tasks
• Build and monitor SIEM and FIM detections
• Manage Identity Protection and Exposure Management solutions
• Provide technical support for third party security services (e.g., forensics, penetration testing)
• Assist with regulatory compliance efforts (SOC2, PCI DSS, GDPR)
• Research and maintain proficiency in open source and commercial computer exploitation tools, attack techniques, procedures, and trends
