About the role
- Support planning, coordination, and delivery of platform initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Translate strategic initiatives into structured delivery plans, milestones, and actionable tasks
- Manage and balance BAU activities, incidents, and project delivery to maintain a consistent delivery flow
- Prioritise competing demands (BAU vs projects) and support roadmap sequencing based on capacity and dependencies
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Provide visibility on progress, risks, and delivery status through structured reporting and governance processes
- Support backlog management, sprint planning, and adoption of Agile/Kanban delivery practices
- Collaborate with architects and technical leads to align delivery with architecture, security, and integration standards
- Identify dependencies, risks, and misalignments early, driving resolution through structured decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, tooling, and governance to enable scalable, efficient operations
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in technical project, program, or delivery management roles
- Experience working and leading multi-disciplinary teams in large organisations, such as engineering, data, or platform environments
- Strong track record delivering complex technical programmes
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience working with ticketing systems, backlogs, and task management tools
- Strong understanding of Agile, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models
- Experience working with Salesforce, Service Now and Wrike platforms a benefit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
