About the role
- Assist in drafting and updating employee-related documents, including unilateral employer declarations (DUE), the internal regulations, and internal policies to ensure compliance with French labor law.
- Prepare and organize documentation required for audits and meetings of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE).
- Conduct legal research and monitor developments in labor law to maintain compliance and advise on necessary adjustments.
- Advise HR and operational teams on labor and social security law matters, particularly regarding recruitment, contract management, and contract termination.
- Contribute to handling disputes and litigation by compiling and analyzing case files and related data.
Requirements
- You must be able to sign a work-study (alternance) or professional training contract: you are studying for a degree in labor law, social law, or business law with a specialization in labor law and are authorized to work 35 hours per week in France.
- You are fluent in French. Proficiency in English is a plus.
- You have a solid understanding of French labor law, as well as a good appreciation of business challenges and operational realities.
- You possess strong analytical skills and excellent drafting abilities.
- You enjoy working in a team and can collaborate effectively to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
- You are curious and proactive.
- You see challenges as opportunities and actively seek feedback to develop your skills.
