About the role

  • Act as a senior talent partner, influencing hiring strategies through market insights, data-driven recommendations, and proactive workforce planning. Build strong relationships with regional leadership, ensuring alignment between recruitment goals and business needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring best practices in hiring. Oversee and improve performance by providing guidance, development opportunities, and supporting the team to succeed.
  • Lead efforts to maintain a world-class candidate experience, ensuring a transparent, engaging, and seamless hiring journey. Set the standard for candidate communication while coaching the TA team on best practices.
  • Oversee recruitment operations within the region, driving process improvements, technology adoption, and compliance. Ensure ATS data accuracy, reporting integrity, and efficiency in hiring workflows.
  • Strengthen Jellyfish’s employer brand by driving strategic talent attraction initiatives, fostering partnerships, and representing the company at key industry events. Leverage insights to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure TA contributes to commercial success by managing recruitment costs, optimising resource allocation, and providing accurate hiring forecasts. Support regional workforce planning and financial reporting.
  • Own regional TA performance data, analysing trends to improve hiring efficiency, diversity outcomes, and overall recruitment effectiveness. Present insights to senior leadership, influencing decision-making.
  • Drive high-impact recruitment projects at a regional or global level, improving hiring strategies, diversity initiatives, employer branding, and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with HR, Learning & Development, and leadership teams to ensure recruitment aligns with broader people strategies, driving long-term employee success and engagement.

Requirements

  • +8 years experience working an internal recruitment role within a marketing agency environment
  • Experience recruiting in the Creative, Paid Media and Martech industries in the AMER region and global recruitment operations.
  • English and Spanish proficiency.
  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Job boards.
  • Experience leading recruitment teams and partnering with senior level team members
  • You'll have a genuine passion for driving positive change in our talent acquisition processes and enhancing the employee experience for candidates and new hires.
  • Experience delivering global talent acquisition projects and goals related to recruitment success and candidate experience
  • Embody a commitment to advancing HR practices and talent acquisition strategies that contribute to Jellyfish's overall success.
