About the role
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating employee development plans and programs
- Leading recruitment activities to attract and hire top talent
- Collaborating with line management to execute performance management processes
- Supporting the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies
- Managing employee relations by addressing conflicts and providing guidance on disciplinary actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish
- Strong working knowledge and application of Texas and Federal labor law
